Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility test of BUMDes Kuala Alam. This type of research is Quantitative Descriptive. In this study, interview techniques were used to collect data.Researchers are interested in examining how the business feasibility study at BUMDes Kuala Alam is seen from two non-financial aspects and financial aspects. Based on the research results and conclusions, non-financial aspects are Economic and Social Aspects and Human Resource Aspects. From the non-financial aspects it is declared very feasible to run because it has met the criteria for assessing non-financial aspects. In terms of financial analysis with the Payback Period (PP) method of 2 years and 123 days, B / C Ratio of 1,074, Net Present Value (NPV) of 2.032.827, Profitability Index (PI) of 1,058, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of Internal Rate of Return (IRR), BUMDes Kuala Alam is declared very feasible to run.
