Abstract :
This research examines problems regarding loading and unloading rates and obstacles to loading and unloading at the Buton industrial port. The aim of this research is to look at the types of loading and unloading rates and loading and loading barriers. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that describes descriptive data from the phenomena studied with individual analysis units at PT. SPB. The research strategy used is data collection through primary and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation with the aim of obtaining information that is more appropriate to the research problem. Having loading and unloading rates can expand the study of loading and unloading rates in similar research.
