Abstract :
Bricks as one of the materials for making banguan with a mixture of cement, sand and water. The process of making bricks or the compaction process is the most important thing. Because in this process it will determine the quality of the bricks, the denser the adobe dough, the higher the quality of the bricks. The goal to be achieved in this Final Project is to design a brick press tool using 2 molds, to find out how much compressive force is needed to press the bricks, to speed up the time at the time of laying the bricks. To get maximum results, of course we have to do some efforts and activities so that we can get the maximum possible results in the development carried out, as for the activities carried out include: Literature Studies, Field Studies, Design Stages, So from the test result data that it can be concluded that on average per one minute can produce 2 bricks. From the test results, the average brick making press using 2 molds is within 1 minute. So per hour it can produce 120 bricks. This brick mold press tool uses plate material, and has two brick molds.
