Abstract :
This study aims to determine the Allocation of E-Ticketing Sales Retribution Revenue at the Roll on-Roll off (Ro-Ro) Crossing Port of Air Putih, Bengkalis Regency, the types and tariffs of existing retribution on port services in the Bengkalis Regency area, the process of distributing e-ticketing sales revenue at the Ro-Ro port in March-May 2023, and the process of submitting the allocation of e-ticketing sales retribution revenue from the Bengkalis Regency Transportation Office to the Bengkalis Regency Regional Revenue Agency. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive approaches. Research data obtained from the Bengkalis Transportation Agency. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the allocation of e-ticketing Sales Retribution Revenue at the Ro-Ro crossing port of Air Putih, Bengkalis Regency, there is a profit sharing in the e-ticketing of the Ro-Ro crossing port includes revenue sharing between the parties involved in organizing the service. The handover of retribution that has been implemented refers to Bengkalis Regency Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2019, concerning Business Services Retribution and for the determination of e-ticketing rates refers to Regent Decree Number 806/Kpts/VII/2022, concerning Determination of Integrated Ticket Tariffs for Economy Class Crossing Transportation across Air putih-Sungai Selari Crossing Be Regency.
