Abstract :
This project aims to determine the marketing mix in the Hantaran Kembar business and to implement digital marketing to support marketing activities in the Hantaran Kembar business. This project was implemented in three stages, namely, project preparation, project implementation, project completion and reporting. The results of implementing this thesis are for the preparation stage, surveying and selecting the project location, identifying business needs, creating a structured plan. The implementation time for this thesis project starts from June to July 2024. Completion of the Kembar Hantaran business project determines various selling prices based on type, such as bouquets starting from Rp 10.000 to Rp 200.000. The price for a flower board is Rp 100.000, the price for a graduation sash ranges from Rp 50.000 to Rp 80.000 and the rental price for packaged decorations is Rp 350.000. Marketing products via Instagram and creating a Shopee marketplace to expand product reach. Project reporting consists of comparisons and developments towards product improvements in the Hantaran Kembar business.
