Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of good customer character, good customer capacity, high customer economic conditions, high customer collateral, and low USP capital negatively affect non performing loan. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 73 respondents. The results showed that good customer character has a positive and significant effect on non performing loan, good customer capacity has a positive and significant effect on non performing loan, high customer economic conditions have a negative and significant effect on non performing loan, high customer credit collateral has a negative and significant effect on non performing loan, low USP capital has a positive and significant effect on non performing loan. While simultaneously, good customer character, good customer capacity, high customer economic conditions, high customer collateral, and low USP capital have a positive and significant effect on non performing loan.
