Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the influence of materialistic behavior on household financial management behavior from a woman's perspective, to examine attitudes towards money on household financial management behavior from a woman's perspective, to determine the influence of self-control on household financial management behavior from a woman's perspective. Woman. As well as to identify the relationship between materialistic behavior, attitudes towards money, self-control and household financial management behavior from a woman's perspective. The population in this research is the lecturers and staff of the Department of Business Administration, Language and Civil Engineering, Bengkalis State Polytechnic who are still active. The sample used was 42 people. This research is quantitative research. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of the research show that partially the Materialist Attitude has a negative and insignificant effect on Household Financial Management. partially Attitudes towards Money have a negative and insignificant effect on Household Financial Management. Partially, attitudes towards money have a positive and significant effect on household financial management. Based on the results of simultaneous tests, they (together) have a positive and significant influence on materialistic attitudes, attitudes towards money, and self-control regarding household financial management.
