Abstract :
BIM is an innovative form of technological development in the construction building. BIM offers higher efficiency in planning through data integration, better visualization, the ability to detect problems faster than conventional methods. Therefore, BIM is superior to Conventional methods so this research aims to apply technological developments in the field of construction, namely Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the STIE Syariah Bengkalis Auditorium Building project. BIM 5D is a BIM dimension that includes 3D modeling of building models, scheduling of work time and estimation of construction project costs that can be integrated simultaneously. This research methodology includes 3D modeling of buildings using Autodesk Revit, project scheduling using Microsoft Project, and visual simulation of buildings using Autodesk Navisworks. The data used is Shop Drawing data from the STIE Syariah Bengkalis Auditorium Building. The results of this study indicate that the application of BIM 5D which is integrated in each application used is more efficient in modeling the STIE Syariah Bengkalis Auditorium Building building into a 3D model. Quantity Take Off calculations with the BIM method have an average difference of 0.80 m³ for concrete calculations and an average difference of 33.23 Kg for reinforcement calculations. Can identify collisions between models that have been made, more structured project scheduling and implementation simulation.
