Abstract :
Currently, the new student admission process (PPDB) at the Alfatih Quran Tahfidz Foundation which includes kindergarten and elementary schools is still done manually with various obstacles. The purpose of this study is to build an integrated online PPDB information system between Alfatih's kindergarten and elementary school along with special monitoring features for kindergarten using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The online PPDB system is expected to facilitate the digital registration process. Monitoring features aim to monitor aspects of kindergarten children's development so that parents can find out the progress of their sons and daughters. The research was conducted through planning requirements, design workshops, implementation, and testing using web programming languages. The results of the study were an integrated PPDB system and monitoring of Alfatih kindergarten children's development with the main features of online registration, file upload, print proof of registration, automatic reporting, and monitoring aspects of kindergarten children's development which parents can access digitally.
