Abstract :
The problem in briquette production often arises during the mixing stage, where uneven mixing results in inconsistent briquette quality. This Plan aims to design and develop a briquette mixer that can optimize the mixing process, thus
reducing production time and producing higher quality briquettes. The methods used include literature studies, designing the equipment using solidworks software, and testing the device under various operational conditions. The results show that the designed mixer significantly reduces mixing time and produces a more homogeneous mixture. The novelty of this plan lies in the design of a more efficient and easy-to-operate mixer, utilizing an electric motor and optimized mixing mechanism. This innovation allows for a more efficient briquette production process, reduces reliance on manual labor, and opens new business opportunities and job creation in regions unfamiliar with briquettes.
