Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the non-achievement of pension financing targets at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkalis Sub-Branch Office, there is a decrease in target achievement in 2022 which has an adverse impact on the company. The analytical method in this research is descriptive qualitative data sources using primary data and secondary data. The primary data source in this research is direct interviews with employees of the Pension Financing Bank at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkalis Sub-Branch Office. Secondary data obtained from documents such as data on pension financing disbursement, brochures and other issues related to Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bengkalis. In collecting data, researchers used interview and documentation methods. The research results provide forms of pension financing, the causes of non-achievement of targets, and the efforts made to overcome these problems. Bank Syariah Indonesia has two types of financing, namely ASN/PNS self-financing and widow's pension financing, but experienced a failure to achieve the pension financing target in several months in 2022, the lack of achievement can be seen from effectiveness, ability and innovation, in achieving the targets that have been set due to a lack of socialization in making offers regarding pension products, so that the impact that has not been achieved is a decrease in income for a company due to declining sales of a product and in 2023 there will be an increase in target achievement, the efforts made by the Bank are improving service quality, increasing employee capabilities, promoting financing who will enter retirement, and increase socialization through various channels and supervise innovation employees in the future, namely by conducting individual visits and friendships to agencies, schools and also directly to customers' homes.
