Abstract :
This research aims to find out about Internal Control systems and procedures in Improving Employee Performance at PT. Bahari Sandi Pratama is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. This research also aims to determine the obstacles faced by PT. Bahari Sandi Pratama in carrying out control. This research is descriptive qualitative because data regarding accounting and other data supports this research. The data collection techniques used consisted of interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation of internal control systems and procedures increases the performance of PT employees. Bahari Sandi Pratama is in accordance with the established SOP. This is proven by reporting regulations and laws, so that effectiveness and efficiency can be achieved in implementing activities to achieve maximum output.
