Abstract :
This final project is entitled "Planning and Making Of Kebab Telor Business" Bablor Rame "(Review Of Production Aspect)". The specific objectives of this final project are to find out the raw materials used, the production process of Kebab Telor "Bablor Rame" and the total production costs, as well as to find out the constraints and solutions during the production process. The project implementation method consists of four stages, namely the project preparation stage, the project implementation stage, the project completion stage, and the project reporting stage. The end result of this product is to produce a new product kebab Telor "Bablor Rame", the production process uses the continuous process type to carry out 20 production times. Costs Of Production are calculated using the coasting variable of Rp. 987,000, -. Obstacles faced are the difficulty in obtaining the main raw material for tortilla skin in Bengkalis and lettuce which does not last long. The solution taken is to order tortilla skins before the raw materials run out by buying online via WhatsApp and for lettuce leaves first washed and drained then wrapped in paper, tied and put in the refrigerator.
