Abstract :
An audit is a strategic step that objectively gathers and evaluates evidence to assess its alignment with established analysis and criteria. The aim of this audit process is to produce findings and recommendations that can be communicated to relevant stakeholders. This study focuses on analyzing the maturity level of the Fish Health and Environmental Laboratory Information System in Bengkalis Regency, particularly in the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) domain. The analysis results show that the system has a maturity level of 0.38 or 38%, categorized as Partially Achieved (P). Although there are indications of approaches and achievements in IT governance, the implementation is not yet fully optimized. Based on the capability model index rounding, the organization is at the Established Process level, indicating that IT processes are well-managed. Further analysis of DSS subdomains 01 through 06 indicates that achievement levels are still below 50%, signaling the need for improvements in various management aspects, including operations, service requests, and incidents.
