Abstract :
The aim of this thesis project is to implement the digital marketing process of the Jaya Bersama Business Group in Pangkalan Jambi Village and apply STP (segmenting, targeting and positioning). To find out SWOT (strenght,weaknesses,opportunities,threats) and to find out the obctacles and solutions that faced by the Jaya Bersama Business Group. This final project uses 3 (three) methods consisting of project preparation plan, project implementation plan, completion plan and project reporting. The results of the implementation of this final project show that there has been a significant increase in marketing through digital marketing on social media Tiktok, Instagram and Whatsapp business. The obstacles faced are challenges in understanding the content needs desired by viewers or viewer. The solution is to follow and understand the desired content needs so that consumers are interested in buying Usaha Jaya Bersama products.
