Abstract :
The application of recommendations for underprivileged communities in villages also helps in measuring the impact of development programs that have been implemented. The data collected helps encourage better policies. By creating an optimal data collection model for poor communities and applying it to a website based application, a website-based application can help village staff in collecting data on the community by applying the rational unified process method. So as to reduce misuse of aid by people who are not worthy of receiving social assistance and also identify groups that need specific social assistance. The research is focused on implementing the rational unified process method for developing recommendation applications to determine pre-prosperous families, as the approach is presented in a general form similar to the waterfall approach, although the key essence of the process is contained in iteration.
