Abstract :
This research aims todetermine the effect of logistic distribution performance on customer satisfaction at Pakning Jaya Stores. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The respondents obtained in this research using the Slovin formula were 100 people. Data collection was taken in the form of a questionnaire with sample selection and analysis methods using data instrumen test, classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), simple correlation tests, simple linear regresion tests, and hypotheses. The results of this research show that logistics distribution performance has a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of determination of 0,425 on customer satisfaction at Pakning Jaya Shop, while the remaining 0,0575 is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
