Abstract :
The Lubuk Gaung industrial area in Dumai City, located on Cut Nyak Dien Road, has increasing of freight transport in the industrial area in Dumai City causes road damage to occur more quickly. This causes accelerated pavement damage. The aim is to identify the condition of the road and the type of road damage and repair program and estimate the cost budget for road repair planning, using the Bina Marga Method 1990. Based on the results of the road damage evaluation survey and LHR in existing conditions, it was determined that the handling program includes periodic maintenance and improvement. The improvement program involves 230 meters of reconstruction, while periodic maintenance includes 125 meters of Full Depth Repair. The total budget required for reconstruction is Rp 1,022,394,305, while for periodic maintenance is Rp 433,067,586.
