Abstract :
The title of this final project is Implementation of Digital Marketing at UMKM Nor Barokah Pambang Pesisir Village, Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this final project is to implement Digital marketing, to find out segmenting, targeting, and positioning, and to find out the obstacles and solutions. The types of digital marketing that are applied are Google Mybusiness, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business. From the entire segmenting, targeting, and positioning process, UMKM Nor Barokah Pambang Pesisir Village conducts marketing in Bengkalis and outside Bengkalis, the main target of this marketing is Pambang Pesisir residents, the author also promotes online. The results of the project implementation show that previously these MSMEs had not implemented digital marketing and now they have implemented digital marketing, the obstacles faced are difficulties in taking photos or videos of products to be used as promotional content, networks that are less supportive in certain areas. The solution to these obstacles is to provide input to MSME owners to carry out the production process regularly, so that it can make product stock if at any time there is a direct purchase, and when you want to access the internet, you must be in a place where the network supports.
