Abstract :
A forklift is an example of a lifting aircraft that serves to move, lower and lift, workpieces of different heights. Forklifts are generally used in industrial warehouses and logistics companies, while in the workshop at the bengkalis state polytechnic, especially in the workshop of the marine engineering department, this lifting eqiupment is very much needed. The eqiupment used for these purposes is usually lifting eqiupment that has quite a lot of types. Therefore, it is necessary to produce lifting eqiupment for the purposes of the workshop of the department of marine engineering at the bengkalis state polytechnic, thr type of lifting eqiupment is a mobile forklift with a lifting capacity of ±500 kg which uses a compound pulley system or a combination of several fixed pulleys as many as 3 pulleys, and for the holding rope using steel wire then assisted by an electric pulley motoras a lifting tool.
