Abstract :
PC Support section, causes internal conflicts between leaders and engineers,delays in meeting hardware needs, and a lack of transparency in inventory management. To address these issues, a web-based inventory management application integrated with QR codes is needed. This application includes features such as QR code scanning to facilitate the retrieval and input of items, as well as recording incoming and outgoing goods. This helps the PC Support team monitor warehouse inventory and generate accurate reports. The notificationfeature will alert leaders when inventory reaches the minimum threshold,preventing stockouts. The application was tested using the black box method,evaluating the interface for leaders and engineers to ensure all features functioncorrectly. The test results show that all features work well. This application makesit easier for the PC Support team to manage warehouse inventory and improvestransaction transparency.
