Abstract :
Production scheduling in the industrial world, both manufacturing and agro-industry, has an important role as a form of decision making. then research was carried out which aimed to shorten the work to obtain an effective and efficient duration in completing the ship building project using the Network Planning method. The method used was the Critical Path Method (CPM). From the company's estimated project scheduling, namely 180 calendar days, the actual construction schedule is 220 calendar days. The analysis results show that the minimum scheduling time is 188 days and the minimum time is 211 days with 12 work activities.
