Abstract :
An inventory of goods is a list containing all goods belonging to a company, agency, school that are used to carry out certain tasks. Goods in this context are the same as assets, because both refer to objects that have value and are used to support operations. So far, managing asset data at one of the Bengkalis Regency Diskominfotik agencies still uses manual methods by recording in an asset recap book which takes a long time and is prone to errors in writing asset information. For asset lending, other agencies cannot directly know the availability of assets at Diskominfotik and must submit an asset loan letter as a borrower. In inputting asset data, Diskominfo in the PBE sector also had difficulty finding information about assets that had been input manually. This research proposes a website-based inventory and goods lending application that utilizes information and communication technology to manage asset data and register for asset lending via the website. Using features from Telegram is one solution to simplify the process of borrowing assets by using the bot notification feature to confirm that the loan has been received. Implementing a QR Code can be a solution to find out information about goods that have been entered into the website without having to search in the ledger.
