Abstract :
Manual management of catfish feed often faces challenges such as timing accuracy and consistency in feed distribution, which can impact fish growth and feed efficiency. To address this issue, this research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic feeding device that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of feed distribution in catfish ponds. The device is designed with a microcontroller-based control system connected to an IoT platform to monitor and regulate feed distribution in real-time via the Blynk application. The esp8266 module functions as a microcontroller through an internet network. This system uses an ultrasonik sensor to detect the feed level. The test results show that the device can operate automatically according to the fish feeding schedule set at 07:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 05:00 PM, with an average feed output of 48 grams. Overall the tool works 100%.
