Abstract :
This Final Project is compiled as a stage for research that aims to determine the procedure for issuing Port Health Quarantine Clearance (PHQC) and Certificate Of Clearance (COP) Health documents for arrivals and departures in improving the security and safety of ship crews and efforts to overcome obstacles when issuing Port Health Quarantine Clearance (PHQC) and Certificate Of Clearance (COP) documents. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the issuance of health documents aims to determine the procedure for issuing health documents. This Final Project uses a Qualitative method, in this case the author collects data using data collection methods including observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study found that efforts in the procedure for issuing Port Health Quarantine Clereance (PHQC) and Certificate Of Clereance (COP) documents are increasing human resources and system maintenance.
