Abstract :
The research was conducted at the Roll On Roll Off Port of Tanjung Kapal Rupat. Primary data was carried out by observation and field surveys. The aim of this research is: This research aims to analyze the conditions and problems of land facilities at the Tanjung Kapal Rupat RoRo port and to design appropriate and effective facility improvement plans. The method used uses the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 62 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for Ferry Transport and Minister of Transportation Regulation no. 52 of 2004. An overview of the aim of this research is to obtain the results of an analysis of the condition of the completeness of land facilities and to plan the layout and equipment of the land facilities of the Tanjung Kapal Rupat RoRo port by referring to the provisions contained in the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 62 of 2019. Based on the results of the analysis, about 230 m² is needed for the ideal waiting room now from the existing condition that does not exist at all, for the canteen room is needed 34.5 m², the administration room is needed 34.5 m2, the utility room is needed of 78.44 m² and the public space is 37.44 m² with a total area of 411 m². Likewise, the parking area for crossing vehicles is 2520 m² for the ideal condition of the existing condition, which is 1504,26 m²
