Abstract :
The leave application system for Bengkalis Regency SCA (State Civil Apparatus) still uses the manual method, namely filling out the leave form provided by the Education and Training Personnel Agency (ETPA) which will then be given to each department. So there are problems when recording data where data loss often occurs, because the data is not arranged neatly. To overcome these problems, it can help in the process of processing leave data, applying for leave and approving leave. This system aims to create a system that makes it easier and helps employees in the process of processing leave data, applying for leave and approving leave using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The result obtained is a web-based online leave application system that simplifies the process of processing leave data, applying for leave, and approving leave.
