Abstract :
The proble in the author final assignment research is efforts to deal with crude oil pollution were hampered in order to improve the operational performance of Tb ships. Radiation IV-115. The aim of this research is to determine efforts to deal with petroleum pollution in order to improve the operational performance of Tb ships. IV-115 emissions and to determine the factors that hinder efforts to handle petroleum pollution in order to improve the operational performance of Tb ships. Radiation IV-115. Place: This research was conducted at PT. Indotama Laut Lestari, Selatpanjang Branch from March to August 2024. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method, and data collection methods using observations carried out in the field, interviews aimed at related parties, and documentation used by the author to obtain information. The results of this research, the first regarding efforts to handle crude oil pollution in order to improve the operational performance of Tb ships. Emissions IV-115, starting from team coordination then checking oil pollution handling equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance, then continuing with equipment periodically on oil pollution handling equipment. These two factors hinder the handling of crude oil pollution in order to improve the operational performance of Tb ships. Radiation IV-115 is a human error factor situation caused by human error in carrying out a job, technical operational obstacles due to inadequate equipment, and natural factors that can hinder handling operations.
