Abstract :
Construction activities involve three phases, namely: planning, determining construction activity schedules, and controlling. With the objectives of the activities to be achieved are cost, quality and time. One way to speed up time is to use Fast Track in scheduling to reduce project implementation time. By applying the fast-track method in a project where work is carried out in series or sequentially, it is planned to be carried out jointly and must still pay attention to the logical relationship between these activities. By implementing Fast Track in a project we can reduce the duration of the project, but we must also pay attention to the impact of implementing this fast-track method on labor requirements and material requirements on a project. The object of study in this research is the Rupat Island Pratama Hospital Polyclinic building construction project. The analysis process is carried out by rescheduling so that scheduling alternatives can be compared with and without fast-track, as well as labor and material requirements. The results obtained through this final project are that the fast-track method can provide overall project duration savings. However, it is also worth notingthat fast-track also has other influences such as changes in resource allocation during the project.
