Abstract :
The Problem Raised In This Final Assignment Is Related To What Facilities Hinder The Unloading Of CPO At PT Jetty. Ivo Mas Tunggal. The Main Objective Of This Research Is To Improve Efforts And Maintenance Of CPO Unloading Facilities At Jetty PT. Ivo Mas Date. Research Methods Include Observation, Interviews, And Documentation To Obtain Accurate And Relevant Data. Data Analysis Was Carried Out Descriptively Qualitatively With A Risk Analysis Approach Using The FTA (Falt Tree Analysis) Method. The Research Results Show That Several Main Problems Found In This Research Include Hose Leaks, Damage To Vacuum Equipment, Pigging Stuck In The Pipeline, And Operational Restrictions Due To Full Storage Tanks Or Land Tanks. The Recommendation For This Research Is That It Can Be Carried Out By Carrying Out Routine Maintenance, Periodic Inspections, And Improving Physical Infrastructure Such As Adding Tanks.
