Abstract :
Hang Tuah and Lapangan Tugu are three un signalized intersections rapidly increasing cars volume. It happened cause in central of town, and have been conflicting the daily traffic especially Ramadhan moon. The purpose of traffic light portable is to implemented phase time and the time of traffic light is used. The analysis of research by using the IHCM 2014 methode. The evaluation indicated that the existing conditions before and after used traffic light portable have been the degree of saturation values 0,89 and 0,72 in the Lapangan Tugu of intersection, It in especially conditions at peak hours afternoon.
