Abstract :
This study aims to evaluate the security of fixed assets belonging to the region, maintenance of fixed assets belonging to the region, and to determine the security and maintenance of fixed assets according to Permendagri Number 16 of 2019 at the Bengkalis Regency Transportation Service. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data. The research data was obtained from the Department of Transportation of Bengkalis Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, documentation and observation. The research results obtained are that the security and maintenance of fixed assets belonging to the region is not fully in accordance with Permendagri Number 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Property. The Department of Transportation of Bengkalis Regency in the implementation of security and maintenance of fixed assets of regional property, there are still shortcomings in its implementation, these deficiencies are caused by administrative security and maintenance of BMD fixed assets that are not in accordance with Permendagri Number 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Property.
