Abstract :
Social factors and personal influence on the decision to purchase cosmetic products at Bengkalis State Polytechnic. This study aims to determine the factors that influence product purchasing decisions. This type of research is observational by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using the nonprobality sampling method of selecting samples. The results showed that personal factors get a mean of 4.08 classified in high class, social factors get an average score of 4.08 classified as high class. So the factors that most influence product purchase decisions are personal factors, while the factors that most influence product purchase decisions are social factors.
