Abstract :
This study aims to find out how the implementation of E-Procurement in the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) of Bengkalis Regency based on LKPP Regulation Number 9 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Procurement of Goods and Services through Providers, the effectiveness of the implementation of E-Procurement and the obstacles to implementing E-Procurement. this is qualitative descriptive. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis method. Data collection techniques carried out consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of E-Procurement in Electronic Procurement Services was in accordance with LKPP Regulation No. 9 of 2018. The implementation of E-Procurement in Bengkalis Regency Electronic Procurement Services had been going well, but in its implementation the Bengkalis Regency LPSE was still constrained by several problems. related to the application.
