Abstract :
The project work on the garden of gurindam 12 tanjung pinang city, in this study aims to determine the optimization of an existing tool based on the results of the productivity of the number of tools and the costs incurred. on excavation and stockpiling work. The tools that you want to take in optimizing in terms of cost and time are Excavator, Dumptruck, and Motor Grader. The results of the calculation of the combination of tools in the field show that the excavator's productivity is not optimal for the two tools. The result of optimization is the addition of 12 dumptruck units and 21 units of motor graders in landfill work in zone 1A and in zone 1B there is an increase in the number of dumptruck 7 units in excavation work. And in the land fill work, there are 7 units of dumptruck and 10 units of motor graders.
