Abstract :
This final project aims to determine the segmenting, targeting, and postitioning of the "Pukis Pelangi" cake product business, in addition to know the marketing mix that will be carried out in the "Pukis Pelangi" cake product business and to find out the obstacles and solutions in implementing the Pukis Cake project. "Pukis Pelangi". The implementation method in implementing this project consists of a project preparation plan, a project implementation plan, a project completion plan and a project reporting plan. In the preparation stage, the most important things to prepare are survey of marketing locations, preparation of initial capital, designing and making label designs and selecting product packaging. In this project implementation stage, know market segmentation, target market, positioning and determine the marketing mix. Meanwhile, there is a project completion stage, namely marketing the packaged and sold products. The project reporting consists of the implementation of marketing activities and financial reporting of marketing activities for the Pelangi Pukis Cake.
