Abstract :
This study aims to see the effect of service quality on decisions on the use of banking services at Bank Riau Kepri Bengkalis Branch. This research is a quantitative research or survey research with a correlational approach. In this study, researchers had 100 samples obtained with a sampling formula and using non-probability sampling techniques. The data technique used was a questionnaire(questionnaire). The results of data analysis are seen from the coefficient of determination test, measuring the contribution made by the quality of service to the decision to use banking services obtained, the result is the amount of variance that affects the decision to use banking services of 14.2%. Furthermore, from the results of the hypothesis it can be seen that the t-count value is 16,125 and the Table value is known to be 1.984 through the test results, which means that the t count value is greater.from t Table(4.021>1.9834).In other words,H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore there is an influence between service quality on decisions to use banking services (a case study at Bank Riau Kepri Bengkalis Branch).
