Abstract :
This study aims to determine a descriptive study of the stages in the decision process of buying
refilled drinking water. The object of this research is consumers who use refilled drinking water in
the Bengkalis community, which are 46 men and 54 women. The type of research used in this study
is an observational research by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using probability
sampling method with simple random sampling The results of respondents' responses about
problem recognition are very high, with a mean of 3,34, regarding information search is high with
a mean of 4,07 regarding alternative evaluation is high with a mean 4,17, regarding the purchase
decision is high with a mean of 4,16, regarding post-loading behavior is high with a mean of 4,20.
