Abstract :
This study aims to determine the management of Mandiri Sejahtera Village
Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Sungai Siput Village. This type of research is
descriptive qualitative research. The types of data used in this study are primary
data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate the Management of
Independent Village-Owned Enterprises in Sungai Siput Village Based on
Government Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning Village-Owned
Enterprises regarding, Capital participation, Assets, Units/types of business
BUMDes in 2019 experienced double capital participation, namely in business
rice mill of Rp. 80,000,000 and a building shop business of Rp. 61,000,000. The
BUMDes assets consist of four sports buildings, rice milling machines, tent
tenants and land. BUM Desa Mandiri Sejahtera can receive assistance from the
Central Government, Regional Government, and other parties that are not
binding. This type of business in this management has developed quite well, but
there are still several units that are classified as undeveloped, namely building
shops. Constraint In this management, namely the lack of supporting natural
resources, lack of community participation in the management of BUMDes, lack
of skilled human resources.
