Abstract :
Currently, the process of joining brass with welding techniques is widely applied in the transportation industry such as automotive, shipping, and so on. In the course of the welding joint undergoes several corrections and refinements, this can be achieved with the rapid development of welding technology today. One type of welding process used is oxy-acetylene welding or carbide welding. This test aims to determine the strength of the welded joint on the brass, the test is carried out by means of a tensile test on the welding results.
