Abstract :
Printing is a technology that quickly produces copies of a document or photo, such as words, images on paper, and so on. At this time the printing services in Bengkalis are still manual and traditional, so customers have to go back and forth to deliver and pick up prints. Not to mention the long queues due to the inadequate number of computers at the printing service, error USB flash drives, and so on. These constraints can cause the document printing process to take a long time. In fact, they can do more important activities than waiting for documents to be printed. Therefore, it is proposed that an Online Print Service Application With a Website-Based Pick Up Point is proposed. This application is designed with features such as product menu, ordering menu, and payment menu. This application is made using the PHP programming language with Codeigniter and MySQL frameworks as the database management system, and Open Street Map which is an internet-based mapping platform. Through this website, it will be easier for customers to print documents anytime and anywhere, where customers only need to upload files to be printed. As well as solving problems in printing services which are currently still done manually and traditionally.
