Abstract :
The school library is one place to provide textbooks for students and teachers for the teaching and learning process and reading books. The system at the SMA Negeri 2 Bangko library currently still uses a manual system such as registering new members, recording book borrowing, returning books, seeing book availability, searching for books and calculating fines by recording in the ledger and there is no recapitulation of borrowing and shepherding books. It is feared that there will be errors in recording the borrowing of books, difficulties in finding what books are available. The purpose of this final project is to make a web-based application for the SMA Negeri 2 Bangko library to become a computerized library. This application is made using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySql as the database. The results of this application can be ordered to borrow books, print library membership cards, recapitulation of borrowing and returning books and calculating the amount of fines for late book returns.
