Abstract :
The purpose of making this final project is to create a practicum learning media in the form of a trainer kit for controlling a three-phase forward reverse induction motor as well as an analysis of the starting current for voltage variations. In this study using 3 induction motors with a capacity of 0.95 kW or 950 Watts, 380V and 4 poles (?). The first test was done manually, the staring forward current measured 2.76 A, calculated 2.77A and for the starting reverse current measured 2.82 A, calculated the same as 2.82 A when the voltage is 380V. While the second test is carried out automatically, the measured forward starting current of 2.71 A is the same as the calculated 2.7A and the measured reverse is 2.83A the same as the calculated 2.82 A.
