Abstract :
Existing conditions of unspoiled drainage from the soil cause landslides on the drainage walls and siltation of the drainage, besides that the drainage is still walled in soil overgrown with weeds so that it hinders the flow of water in the drainage, The purpose of this study is to plan a drainage system in the Taman Sari area to reduce or excess water in an area that is easily flooded by rainwater, and several stages of research will be carried out, namely measuring the cross section and long section, drawing the cross section and long section, drawing contour maps, planning the dimensions to be used, and calculating RAB The method used in analyzing the intensity of rainfall using the gumbel distribution and the monobe method with rainfall data obtained from the same system of stations located in the new strait in 2014-2021. Meanwhile, to analyze the rainfall discharge and drainage channel discharge using a rational method, the type of drainage that I chose on Jalan Taman Sari, Bantan Tua Village is the type of Turap, with dimensions, drainage height for one side of the road is 3 m and the height for one side of the resident's land is 2 m, because the width is flat. The average drainage is 1.6 ? 1.9 meters and the cross-sectional area that will be used is the highest cross-sectional area from the data that has been carried out in the field research. From the calculation results, the existing capacity of the drainage channel on Jalan Taman Sari, Bantan Tua Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency is Qn = 1.5776 m3/second. Calculation of rainfall discharge is Qch= 0.09403 m3/second. Calculation of channel capacity Qs= 3.600 m3/second. Calculation of the planned discharge QT = 1.6716 m3/second. The calculation of the dimensions of the rectangular drainage channel B = 2 m, h = 1.2 m, and W = 0.774 m. From the dimensions of the planned drainage channel, the calculation of the Budget Plan is carried out to obtain a total cost of Rp. 1,418,022,000.00
