Abstract :
Building maintenance is carried out to maintain the comfort, and reliability of the building in accordance with predetermined standards. This study aims to determine the priority scale of building maintenance of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic building based on architectural sub-criteria. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, to determine the weight of the components obtained from the results of the assessment of the importance of building components. Processed using excel software. From the results of the priority calculation in building maintenance, the first priority order is obtained, namely the Machine Building with a weight value of (0.3146) or 31%, the 2nd priority IT Building with a weight value (0.2746) or 28%, the Electrical Building with the 3rd priority. with a weighted value (0.2235) or 22%, Building C 4th priority with a weighted value (0.1885) or 19%.
