Abstract :
The desire to always create a work has undergone gradual changes that are
competitive in nature in order to create convenience for the humans themselves,
which are supported by increasingly sophisticated devices. This monitoring model is
to create an early warning system if the diesel in the fuel tank has started to run out.
The system in the prototype consists of a diesel tank, a control circuit, an XKC Y25
sensor based on an Arduino Uno microcontroller. XKC Y25 sensors are placed in a
row of high, medium, and low on the side of the tank. Where the XKC Y25 sensor will
detect the state of the tank then the control circuit sends the characters that are
displayed on the LCD as a viewer of the state of diesel in the fuel tank. The LCD
display will display the state of the tank, whether low, medium or high, when in a low
state, a warning sound from the buzzer appears. From the research conducted, it was
obtained based on a prototype test carried out on the state of the fuel tank using the
XKC Y25 sensor, which can work well to measure high medium and low level diesel
tanks use plastic materials while for metal materials the xkc y 25 sensor cannot detect
the liquid state in it.
