Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of product variants on buying interest in AICE ice cream and to determine the effect of product variants on buying interest in AICE ice cream. the type of research used is the type of associative research. The sample taken in this study were 100 respondents, namely consumers who know AICE ice cream. Data collection was taken in the form of a guestionnaire and analyzed using simple correlation test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results in this study indicate that the product variant has a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of determination of 0.167 on the interest in buying AICE ice cream, while the remaining 0.833 is caused to by other variables which is not discussed in this study.
