Abstract :
The existing shallow conditions cause the overflow of the flow to the drainage at for
student roads Kelemantan. This study conducted an analysis of the existing conditions for
planning the form of drainage at for student Kelemantan Village, Bengkalis Subdistrict, in an
effort to overcome overflows caused by tides and high rainfall.
The method used in analyzing the rainfall intensity is to use the Gumbel distribution and
the Mononobe method with rainfall data obtained from each other. system, stations located in the
New Strait in 2014-2018. Meanwhile, to analyze the rainfall discharge using rational methods,
and drainage channel discharge based on data obtained from the field, including data on
Drainage profile measurements, flow velocity measurements and existing water level
measurements.
The results of the calculation obtained that the existing capacity in the drainage channel
of for student, Kelemantan Village, Bengkalis District is 0.5345 m³ / second, while the flood
discharge is 0.4035 m³ / second. The dimensions of the plan based on the calculation are able to
accommodate a flow of 8.27 m³ / sec.
