Abstract :
The purpose of this final project is to find out how business planning and making of date pudding for healthy snacks at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, to find out how market segmentation, targeting and positioning, to find out how the marketing mix is and to know the obstacles faced during the marketing process. and solutions that can be given from the obstacles faced. This final project uses 4 methods consisting of a project preparation plan, a project implementation plan, a project completion plan and a project reporting plan. The results of the implementation of this final project are for the preparation stage of the marketing department which must be done first preparing capital, preparing tools and materials, surveying marketing locations, and selecting product packaging and labels. The implementation stage is carried out, namely conducting marketing segmentation, selecting target markets, conducting positioning and marketing mix activities. The completion stage is carried out, namely selling the product with a predetermined price. For the implementation time of this final project starting from 27 November 2020 to 17 January 2021 by promoting through social media such as Instagram, Fcabeook and WhatsApp. The project of processed pudding made from dates for healthy snacks at home during the Covid-19 pandemic sets a selling price of IDR 5,000 / box. Project reporting consists of reporting on the implementation of project activities and financial reports on the implementation of project activities.
