Abstract :
The purpose of this final project are to find out how the segmentation, targeting and positioning of Krispy "SS" Pakis, know the marketing mix that will be carried out in the Krispy "SS" business, and to find out the problems and solutions. The method in completing this project consists of a project preparation plan and a project reporting plan. The project result in Krispy Pakis "SS" business, is Geographical Segmentation by determining the area in Bengkalis. Demographic segmentation targets all types of groups. Pisikographic segmentation of consumers who like tasty and savory snacks. The target market for this project is that all people can consume this product. The market position in the Krispy Pakis "SS" project is that it tastes good and is a product that consumers are waiting for. The marketing mix for this project is the Krispy Pakis ?SS? brand which is packaged with a standing pouch with a price setting calculated from the production and marketing costs so that the price is set at Rp. 7,000, - and the project marketing place is located in Siak Kecil, which is promoted through social media and offers directly using the delivery order system. The obstacles faced are due to the covid19 outbreak so that the marketing process cannot open stalls so that the Krispy Pakis "SS" product is not very well known by the public. The solution to the obstacle of doing promotion must be more aggressive to promote Krispy Pakis "SS" products by using social.
